Bookings
Inside a booking
Each booking has tabs for the product, customer, delivery, payments, history, disputes and staff notes. Click View booking to open it.
- Product
- The items in the booking, sizes, rental dates and delivery method. Change dates (if date edits are allowed), assign a physical unit, cancel an item, or tick Test order. Test orders stay in Bookings but are left out of Dashboard and Profit Tracker stats.
- Customer
- Contact details, Instagram handle, attached ID, booking form answers and how long they've been a customer.
- Delivery
- Delivery and billing addresses, plus tracking numbers. Guide
- Payments
- Bonds, late fees, costs per item and a payment summary. Guide
- History
- A log of everything that's happened to the booking.
- Customer Disputes
- Damage claims and complaints, if enabled. Guide
- Staff Notes
- Private notes for your team.
A Missing info flag on the Payments tab means costs or bond details haven't been entered yet.
