Archive products & bulk edit fees
Stop renting a dress without losing its history, bring archived dresses back, and update bonds or cleaning fees on many products at once.
Archive and restore
- Click Archive on a product to stop renting it. Its history stays in the Profit Tracker.
- To archive several at once, tick them (or All imported) and click Archive selected.
- Switch to the Archived tab and click Restore to bring a product back. Products deleted in Shopify can't be restored.
Bulk edit fees
- Tick the products you want to change.
- Click Bulk edit fees.
- Choose Update bond, Update cleaning fee, or both, and enter the new amounts.
- Click Apply to selected.
