Once payment has been completed, please submit our Client Onboarding Form with your business details, branding, product information and rental requirements.

The full package fee is required upfront to secure your website build. As this service is already offered at a competitive flat rate, additional discounts are not available.
Flexible payment options are available through Afterpay or Zip Pay through Stripe.
We will reach out within 24 hours of receiving your Client Onboarding form to send you login in details to view your Shopify website build.
When it's time to hand over your website, you have complete ownership to change, edit and add products. On transfer you will be required to pay the Shopify subscription fee to successfully complete the transfer.
Dress Hire Websites has released an official Shopify App Store rental app called "The Dress Rental App". In booking with us you receive the $85 AUD monthly subscription for our app, completely free. Our app features:

- Auto email notifications
You will also receive 30 days free support upon transfer of your website.
If you have your dresses listed elsewhere like The Volte, One Wardrobe, DesignerEx, Instagram or elsewhere, we can take all those listings and import them into the site.

What exactly does the $550 cover?
The one-off fee covers the agreed Shopify website build, rental-app setup, core pages, catalogue structure, responsive testing and launch handover. Shopify, domain and transaction charges are separate.
Is the Big Business plan included?
Yes. It is included for the life of the Shopify store covered by this package, with unlimited bookings, notifications, Search by Date, profit tracking and no app branding. The Big Business plan for our Shopify app is worth $54.99 USD per month and you receive it free for the life of your store when booking a website package with us. What will I pay Shopify?
Shopify is where your website is hosted and requires a monthly subscription to run your website. Shopify Basic is currently $56 AUD monthly or $42 AUD monthly when billed yearly. Shopify payment-processing rates also apply and prices can change.
Is my domain included?
No. Your custom domain remains your property and is paid by you. It is around $20 AUD per year. Pricing varies and renews annually. We can connect a domain you already own. A custom domain would look like yourbusiness.com or yourbusiness.com.au. Shopify comes with a free default domain like yourbusiness.myshopify.com.
Are there other possible costs?
Only optional services you approve, such as email hosting, paid third-party apps, photography, copywriting, extra product entry or out-of-scope work.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, branding, product details and images, rental rules, delivery or pickup information, policies, social links and any required Shopify or domain access.
Can I get my website built faster?
Yes. Tick Fast turnaround when booking for 5 business days (+ $149 AUD). This does not account for any revisions you might have.
Are ongoing website changes included?
The agreed build, review and launch are included. Future uploads, redesigns and custom development are separate unless included in writing.
How do I send files?
Upload files to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or similar, enable access and paste the links into the onboarding form.

Complete onboarding
Fill in the Client Onboarding form with your business, branding, inventory, policies and rental workflow. We will reach out within 24 hours of receiving your Client Onboarding form to send you login details to view your Shopify website build.

Provide your content
Share your logo, images, product information, policies and existing website or domain details. If you have your dresses listed elsewhere like The Volte, One Wardrobe, DesignerEx, Instagram or elsewhere, we can take all those listings and import them into the site.

We design and build
We create your Shopify website, configure The Dress Rental App and prepare the customer journey. You get unlimited revisions until happy with your website.

Review and launch
Review the build, provide feedback, approve the site and receive your handover. We then provide 30 days free support after website transfer. We also provide you with our documentation, which has tutorials on how to edit your website and how to use our Shopify app.

Your domain is purchased and owned by you. Its price depends on the name and extension and renews separately. It is around $20 AUD per year. We can connect a domain you already own.
