What does the $550 cover?
Your website build, app setup, core pages, catalogue structure, responsive testing and launch handover. Shopify subscription, domain and transaction fees are separate.
What will Shopify cost?
Shopify's Basic plan is about $56 AUD a month, or $42 a month billed annually. Shopify's payment processing rates also apply.
Is a domain included?
No. A domain costs about $20 a year. You'll also get a free default Shopify domain.
Are there any other costs?
Only optional extras you approve, such as email hosting, other apps, photography or copywriting.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and branding, product details and images, rental rules, delivery information, policies and social links. Send files through Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.
Are changes after launch included?
The package covers the build, review and launch, plus 30 days of free support after transfer. Later changes aren't included unless agreed in writing.

Common questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 15 bookings a month, email notifications and the profit tracker. Paid plans start at $8.99 USD a month.
Can I use it alongside another rental app?
No. Disable or uninstall other rental apps and remove their theme blocks first, otherwise calendars and checkout can conflict. See Disable other rental apps.
Can I track stock by size?
Yes. Choose Inventory by Variant in Settings → Rental to track each size separately, or Inventory by Product to treat each dress as a single item.
I created a product but it didn't appear in Rental Products. Why?
Check that automatic import is enabled and saved, that the product's type matches your chosen type exactly (including capitalisation), and that the product was created after you turned the workflow on. Older products need the Import Products tool.
Does automatic import change my Shopify products?
No. It only adds the product to the app's rental catalogue. Your Shopify product, its variants and pricing are untouched.
What settings do auto-imported products get?
Your store-wide defaults from Settings. You can override them for any product afterwards.
Can I take rental bookings in my physical store?
Yes. Add the app to Shopify POS to create rental bookings in store. See Shopify POS.
Can I close bookings while I'm on holiday?
Yes. Holiday mode blocks one or more date ranges across all rentals. See Holiday mode.
