# Manage try-on appointments

Book try-on appointments for customers yourself, and reschedule, cancel or review appointments from the Try-ons page.

## Book an appointment for a customer

1. In **Try-ons**, open the **Try-on Calendar** and pick a date and an available time slot.
2. Enter the customer's name and Instagram handle, and choose the dress.
3. Optionally link a Shopify order and choose the payment method: **No payment**, **Manual payment**, **Bank transfer** or **Shopify order**.
4. Save to book it.

## Manage appointments

Under **All Appointments**, click any appointment to see its details and the customer's history. From there you can:

- **Edit appointment**: move it to a new date and time.
- **Update status**, for example for a cancellation or no-show.
- **Download calendar event** to add it to your own calendar.
- Save payment details or open the linked Shopify draft order.
- **Delete appointment**.

Customers who chose **Anything available** want to try whatever is available that day.
