# Archive products & bulk edit fees

Stop renting a dress without losing its history, bring archived dresses back, and update bonds or cleaning fees on many products at once.

## Archive and restore

- Click **Archive** on a product to stop renting it. Its history stays in the Profit Tracker.
- To archive several at once, tick them (or **All imported**) and click **Archive selected**.
- Switch to the **Archived** tab and click **Restore** to bring a product back. Products deleted in Shopify can't be restored.

## Bulk edit fees

1. Tick the products you want to change.
2. Click **Bulk edit fees**.
3. Choose **Update bond**, **Update cleaning fee**, or both, and enter the new amounts.
4. Click **Apply to selected**.
